The Idea...
Imagine your life when you were a child, the positive outlook you had and the idea that you could do anything...the innocence and laughter, the hopes and dreams. Those simple ideals of children are part of what led us to working with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Philadelphia and Susquehanna Valley.
Children are our future, but some children are not as fortunate as others and suffer from life-threatening health issues, each day is a fight for survival. These kids do not get to enjoy the simple pleasures of childhood. The Make-A-Wish Foundation was founded on the premise of granting the wishes of these children, giving them hope and laughter where there may be a void of those simple things that define childhood to many of us.
We hope that you will look further into this event and we welcome all participation; whether your gift is your time in volunteering, attending the event, financial support, or donations for our silent auction. We thank you for your time and support and we hope that this event will continue to put smiles on childrens' faces and hope in their hearts for years to come!
