6:00-7:00pm- Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres, Silent Auction & Raffle begin, Cash Bar Opens

Hors d'oeuvres-Presented by Robert Ryan Catering:

  • Gourmet Crackers, Cubed Cheese, Crisp Colorful Vegetables with Chef's Blend Dips, and Mustards 
  • Sea Scallops wrapped in Bacon with Pineapple Dipping Sauce
  • Crispy Sesame Chicken Bites with Orange Cinese Mustard
  • Crab Rangoon
  • Miniature Quiche Lorraine, Vegetable Quiche and Seafood Quiche
  • Crispy Spring Rolls with Ginger Sauce  

7:00pm Mixed Green Salad, Homemade Potato Chip and Dip Appetizers

7:15pm Presentation and Guest Speaker

7:45pm Dinner- Music & Dancing to follow
